The Aftermath: A Community Scattered by Michael Orr Six months ago, life changed for us in every way. On November 8, 2018, the Camp Fire engulfed the town of Paradise, California and several nearby smaller-communities. The wind-driven fire left more than 11,000 homes in ashes and took the lives of at least 85 people.
