Disneyland in Style

On November 8th, 2018, our home and town of Paradise, Ca burned to the ground. Thanks to the generosity of strangers, three weeks later we celebrated our youngest son’s 6th birthday with the most exceptional Disney experience we’ve ever had.

That smile is what it is all about

This trip was exactly what we needed to get us out of the tragedy mindset and let go and just escape all of that for a few days. The folks at Disney went above and beyond to make sure we had a spectacular time. It started when we arrived, at the Paradise Pier Hotel with a balloon and autographed picture of Mickey as we checked in… they knew it was his birthday.

Then we got to our room, which to our surprise had been upgraded by Disney, an enormous suite overlooking California Adventure, all decked out for Christmas.

Honestly, we could have stayed in the hotel and had a great trip, but that’s not why we came to Disneyland. I’ll let the pictures tell the story…

It rained just enough to keep the crowds away, the best day of the trip!!
Radiator Springs was a hit, as always

Thank You for the Memories Disneyland!!
